Coaching

As a career social worker, I started out working within a county social service setting, and it became clear to me that the administration needed to balance organizations by investing in their team members. I learned early on that leadership is not just a title but a skill that can be enhanced at all  career or work experience levels. As a coach, my services are supportive, helping you discover your inner leader regardless of your position in an organization or business. Drawing on an ecological perspective, I work with you to address barriers, create goals, plan, and transform.

Some of the areas I focus on include creating a business plan, leadership development, mentorship, and discovering your personal and professional goals. I believe that developing strong leadership skills can help individuals excel in their careers and create a positive impact in their workplaces. By working with me, individuals can develop the skills they need to overcome challenges, create actionable plans, and achieve their goals.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is a process in which a trained coach works with individuals or groups to improve their leadership skills and abilities. This may involve identifying areas for improvement, setting goals, and developing strategies to achieve those goals. Coaching can help leaders become more effective communicators, build stronger relationships with their team members, and make better decisions. It can also provide valuable feedback and support to help leaders navigate challenges and achieve their full potential. Ultimately, leadership coaching can help individuals and organizations reach their goals and succeed in today’s complex and rapidly changing world and work enviornment.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a process in which a coach works with a group of individuals toward a common goal or outcome. This type of coaching can be effective in developing leadership skills, enhancing team communication, and building a sense of community and support among participants. In group coaching, individuals can learn from each other’s experiences, share insights and perspectives, and provide feedback and accountability to one another. Group coaching can be conducted in person or online, and can be tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the group.
