I began consulting in 2008 while working full time in the nonprofit sector, and I found that the experience provided me with a deep connection to the community and the opportunity to learn alongside organizations. My background in victim’s advocacy, mental health, homeless services, and youth services, along with my passion for strategy, change management, program development, and focus on leadership advancement, led me to engage with organizations on topics such as transitioning leadership, transformations, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I believe that organizations are best positioned for success when leadership is grown throughout the organization and the culture is one of connection and commitment to those served, team members, and the community. Drawing on my extensive experience and expertise, I help organizations develop the leadership skills, organizational practices, and cultural norms necessary to create a supportive, innovative, and inclusive workplace environment.
